Terms of listing

Shasta List is a free directory operated by Shasta Tech Systems. By creating a listing you agree to the following.

Your listing

You confirm you represent the business you list and that the information you provide is accurate. Your business name, description, and the contact methods you choose to show are public. Your name and email are never shown publicly. Your phone number is shown only if you choose to show it.

Shasta Tech Systems may edit, suspend, or remove any listing at any time, for any reason.

Contact from Shasta Tech Systems

By listing, you agree that Shasta Tech Systems may contact you by email or phone about your listing and about related products and services, such as enhanced listings or business software. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying to any email or asking us to stop.

Your data

We store the information you enter so we can run the directory and contact you as described above. We do not sell it. You can delete your listing at any time by signing in at shastalist.com/login. A deleted listing is kept for 90 days so you can bring it back, then erased. Business names can't be changed once published; to list under a new name, delete your listing and create a new one.

No warranty

The directory is provided as is. Shasta Tech Systems does not endorse any listed business and is not responsible for dealings between visitors and listed businesses.
